What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer standardfree shipping on all orders. We do also offer express shipping on certain products which comes at an additional cost. This will be shown at checkout if selected and can also be seen on your invoice

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We select all major debit and credit cards. We also take payments through Paypal.

How long will delivery take?

Standard Delivery: 20-40 days (All items are shipped internationally to the UK & Europe).

Express Shipping: 7-14 days (Express shipping is not avaliable for all products).

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yor data is secured. Our payements are processed via Stripe and Paypal. If you sign up to our newsletter or promotional offers using your email, you may recive marketing communication from Japanese Designs regarding new offers or products. You have the option to unsubscribe from any of these emails by using the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of our emails.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed your oder you will receive an email notification that your order has been accepted and is being processed. A separate email will then be sent typically within 24 hours letting you know your order is being dispatched you will also receive a tracking number for your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes all orders will have an invoice, if you dont receive one please contact info@japanesedesigns.co.uk with your order number and ask for an invoice
